The path to entrepreneurship is filled with many ups and downs. Making the leap from concept to reality is not always easy, and rarely follows a plan.

Trail blazer Ryan Hou, along with LHP COO Alex Thatcher, will talk about how LHP Software launched an engineering services company focused on controls applications for the transportation and medical device industries 15 years ago.  The company, which now employs nearly 300 employees, is growing rapidly and going global. 

LHP's client base includes large international automotive manufacturers located in the U.S. and China.  It also supports medical, military, financial and electronics industries.
