SCORE South East Indiana c/o the Columbus area Chamber of Commerce, will be holding a local, no cost workshop on Hiring Your First Employee; An Introduction for Entrepreneurs.  The workshop is designed as a primer, an introduction, to the process of hiring your first employee.  Register here or by phone 1-812-379-4457. The public is welcome.
 
The workshop is designed as a primer, an introduction, to the process of hiring your first employee. It includes:  Deciding when to hire, Designing the position, considering pay and benefits, How to hire and Leading and Managing.  This program will help prepare you to engage the professional assistance you will need in hiring and managing employees. 
 
SCORE is a not-for-profit 501-c-3 whose purpose is to assist local small business development and problem solving thru no-cost workshops and no cost, confidential individual mentoring by volunteer business experienced people in our community.
