Ribbon Cutting- Southern Indiana Housing Community Development Corp.

The Southern Indiana Housing Community Development Corporation (SIHCDC), will have a Ribbon Cutting and Open House , to celebrate its recent acquisition of the Town and Garden Apartments 428 Pearl Street. The acquisition will preserve ten affordable senior housing units in Columbus.  Special thanks to the City of Columbus, Heritage Fund Community Foundation of Bartholomew County, and MainSource Bank for making this possible.
