Join the Columbus Area Chamber of Commerce for our Quarterly HR Roundtable, hosted in partnership with Human Soul. This interactive session brings HR professionals, business leaders, and people managers together to discuss current human resources topics impacting today’s workplaces.

In September, we’ll focus on open enrollment, specifically how to communicate benefits more effectively. Many organizations offer excellent benefit plans, yet struggle to explain them in ways employees truly understand and appreciate. What if HR approached benefits communication the same way companies market their products?

This roundtable will explore creative communication strategies, engagement tactics, and real-world examples to help HR teams better educate employees and increase participation and appreciation of benefit offerings.

As always, the session is driven by participant discussion, giving attendees the opportunity to share challenges, exchange best practices, and collaborate on solutions with peers.
