Flu Clinic with Sage Direct Care

Be prepared this season and get your flu shot. 

The Columbus Area Chamber and Dr. Amanda Dornfeld of Sage Direct Care invite you to join us for a flu clinic on Thursday, September 22nd.   Walk-in appointments from 12pm to 4pm.  If you would like a scheduled appointment, please call Megan at 812-308-4594.    

Flu vaccines, as well as Covid vaccines and boosters will be available for any Chamber Member and their immediate family, 6 months and older.  

Insurance billed or credit card accepted.
