49 Fridays with WayZada - An Introduction to a Start-Up Using 3D Printing

WayZada is a start-up company founded in Bloomington in July 2020, by Adam Ward and Robert Henschel. They develop products that make runs and rides come alive in a whole new way, by 3D printing the route that their customers ran, biked, hiked, rafted, backpacked, or otherwise traversed. WayZada's made-to-order 3D prints let customers see their route in a new light, reminding them of the epic climbs, the long downhills, and that one corner where they decided to persevere instead of giving up!

This presentation will go over the brief history of the company, outlining the steps they took to turn an idea into a new company.
