DESCRIPTION:Learn how to utilize demonstrated approaches to pull together and foster employees' productivity\, creativity\, motivation and personal growth. This is accomplished by focusing on organizing dynamic teams. This session also emphasizes the importance of effective high-level communication in any organization.Presenters Nancy Stiegmeyer\, dean of the graduate school at Trine University\, and Jackie Delagrange\, director of the Master of Science programs\, will discuss how to effectively deal with challenging coworkers and colleagues and dealing with conflict in the workplace.\n\n\n\nNancy Steigmeyer brings a diverse business background with a combination of development\, academics and community leadership. She is the Dean of Graduate School at Trine University and has also served as Director of the Lou Holtz Master of Science in Leadership and MBA Programs. In addition to her career in academia including adjunct instruction at several universities\, her past career was primarily in the Human Resource and vendor services fields\, which also included sales and management.
