Hula skirts\, leis\, steel drums....and maybe even a few coconut bras!\n\n\n\nGOLFERS: $500 per Foursome | $125 individually\n\nGOLF TEAM & HOLE SPONSOR: $750\n\nGOLF TEAM & TEE SIGN: $625\n\nHOLE SPONSOR: $400\n\nWATERING HOLE SPONSOR: $500 - SOLD OUT\n\nTEE SIGNS: $175 \n\nPRESENTING SPONSOR - SOLD Old National Bank\n\nLUNCH SPONSOR - SOLD JCBank\n\nHOLE IN ONE / PUTTING SPONSOR - SOLD Sexton Advertising\n\n\n\n\n\nRegistration Cancellation/Refund Policy\n\nTo cancel a registration\, please send an email to kadams@columbusareachamber.com or call 379-4457.  Full refunds are issued if notice is given 2 weeks in advance. \n\nLate Cancellation Policy/No Show Policy\n\nRegistrants who are ?no-shows? for an event\, or cancel a registration less than two weeks before the scheduled event\, will not qualify for a refund. In lieu of canceling a registration\, a registrant may send a substitute in his or her place by notifying the Chamber prior to the event.\n\nRefunds for an event canceled by the Chamber\n\nIf an event is cancelled or postponed\, registrants will be given the option of canceling their registration\, receiving a full refund of the registration fee\, applying their registration payment to another event\, or attending the event if the event is rescheduled. Registrants will be required to select an option by a specified deadline.
