ASAP Rethinking Wellness launches Bienvenido beginning October 6th.Bienvenido is a 9-week course that will be held weekly on Monday evenings from 5:30 pm to 7:00 pm and is taught entirely in Spanish. It addresses a broad range of topics on physical, social, emotional wellness and a host of issues unique to the Latino community. The classes will be held at The Sanctuary in Columbus located at 3939 Central Ave. Workbooks and light refreshments will be provided. Cynthia Ruiz will be teaching the course, and
